Day 1 Tuesday : Welcome
to Kusadasi
Today is an arrival day, so without further
ado... welcome to Turkey! Today, we meet our
guide and fellow travelling companions.

Day 2 Wednesday:
Ephesus, Kusadasi
Absorb yourself in history today with a guided
tour of Ephesus. Walk down Marble Road towards
the Celsus Library and Grand Theatre. We also
visit the Leather goods display. Turkey produces
some of the finest leather goods in the world
and many are made here before branding in Italy.

Day 3 Thursday:
Pamukkale, Hierapolis, Fethiye
Tour the magnificent white calcium formations of
Pamukkale, followed by the ancient city of
Hierapolis. Take a dip in the hot springs that
were used in Roman times for their therapeutic
powers. Overnight Fethiye. (B,L)
Day 4 Friday: Fethiye
boat cruise
A lazy day boat cruise leaving from Fethiye to
the 12 Islands. Board the boat for a day you
won't forget. Lunch is served on the boat along
the way. In the afternoon sail back to Fethiye.

Day 5 Saturday: Fethiye
Today you have a free morning to do whatever you
choose. Paraglide, swim, recover, relax or take
a diving tour. Afterwards we visit Saklikent
Gorge, the longest and deepest canyon in Turkey.
Walk through icy water and battle numerous small
waterfalls set in sculpted limestone canyon
walls. Take a tube ride down the rapids or relax
on the platforms. Overnight Fethiye. (B)
Day 6 Sunday: Antalya
You have free time this morning. In the
afternoon we will visit Karakoy an old Greek
village and drive to Antalya. Overnight Antalya.

Day 7 Monday: Aspendos,
Perge, Kursunlu Waterfall
Begin today with a tour of the ancient ruins of
Aspendos, which is known for one of the best
preserved theatres of Asia Minor, this
impressive theatre is still used today. Visit
the wonderful ancient city of Perge where St
Paul preached his first sermon, it was one of
the biggest ancient Roman cities in Asia Minor.
Before arriving in Antalya we visit Kursunlu
waterfall. Overnight Antalya. (B)
Day 8 Tuesday: Tinaztepe
Cave, Konya, Sultanhani
Early departure for Konya, stopping en-route to
visit the natural beauty of Tinaztepe sink hole
and cave. Once in Konya we visit the monastery
of the whirling dervishes and the mausoleum of
Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi. Drive the afternoon to
Cappadocia via Sultanhani. This is a fine
example of a Seljuk Caravanserai and the largest
in Anatolia. Overnight Cappadocia. (B,D)
Day 9 Wednesday:
Cappadocia, Goreme, Uchisar castle
Marvel at the lunar landscape of Cappadocia with
a fully guided tour of Goreme Valley, the fairy
chimneys, Uchisar castle and more. Tonight,
don't miss the optional traditional Turkish
folklore evening! Overnight Cappadocia. (B,D)
Day 10 Thursday:
Cappadocia, Ihlara Valley, Derinkuyu Underground
City
Today we trek through the wildly beautiful
Ihlara Valley and explore Derinkuyu Underground
City. Overnight Cappadocia. (B,D)
Day 11 Friday: Nation's
Capital Ankara
Today we visit the nation's capital, Ankara,
with a tour of the Ancient Civilisation Museum.
Overnight Istanbul. (B)
(Optional morning flight to Istanbul from
Kayseri, Cappadocia)
Day 12 Saturday:
Istanbul
After breakfast our tour concludes and we say
goodbye to our new friends. (B)
